Week Notes: scroll wheels, spring legs, and chasing the sun

Bits n bobs:

• Developed my own chain wax emulsion, pictured on chain; next step for this project is to do drivetrain losses by friction analysis & wear study
• Bagging 100 miles on the bike a week, now two weeks in a row!
  • I want to do Chase the Sun- enduro challenge to bike clean across Ireland one day in 2030.
• accidentallyonpurpose became a nixpkgs maintainer for UnnaturalScrollWheels, a lil macOS utility that inverts scroll direction for a mouse independently of your trackpad, which is the single most important quality-of-life fix for anyone who has ever plugged a normal mouse into a Mac and felt their soul leave their body.
